Every plant or animal lives in a habitat. A habitat is another name for their local environment. Plants and animals often have to adapt, or change in order to survive.

A VISIT TO SCHOOL NURSERY CLASS 4 SOCIAL SCIENCE

The students visited the school garden to learn about plants and how they get what they need from their environment. Students explored the garden and discovered different types of roots and leaves and learn how they help the plant grow and survive.
Soil Stories – The students explored what feeds us all – the soil!Students learnt to be caretakers of the element that grows our food and fiber. Had fun while learning about "dirt."

CBSE  organised writing series on Pingali Venkayya

  For the first time ever, CBSE has invited entries of students for a creative writing competition.
 The writing series is based on the life Pingali Venkayya—a freedom fighter and designer of the flag from which Indian National flag was adopted, will be organised from August 5 to August 11.
The Board wants students to develop creative skills such as blogging and writing on social media sites and therefore has decided to host this series to impart a platform to students which enhances creative writing abilities.
