Wind Facts For Kids

The students learnt how winds form, what we use to measure wind speed and direction, what sports take advantage of wind, what solar wind is and much more......One way for students to figure out the direction of air movement is by making a simple wind vane made of paper and a straw then mounting it on a lead pencil. The students                                                   made the wind vane and learnt                                             all about wind.

15.1.2015   The Vedic Havan is a systematic and scientific practice of purifying the enviroment as prescribed in the ancient Indian sciptures. While the word "Vedic" may be evocative of a religious ritual, it is, in fact, a very secular practise.    

Havan has a very positive impact on both the internal as well as the external environment of the practitioner. Students are explained the significance of every ritual performed in a havan. The sounds of the Vedic chants that accompany the Havan influence the fluctuations of the mind and improve the  alertness of the faculties.
